Christian University of Southern Indiana subscribes to the following in

faith and practice:

 

1. God is the eternal Creator, Sustainer and Provider of all things.  He created the universe, mankind, and all things in it.

2. Jesus Christ is the Only begotten, virgin-born Son of the Father, Son of the Living God, according to the flesh and the very God according to the Spirit.  He lived a sinless life, shed His precious blood for our sins, rose from the grave, ascended into heaven, and will return to the earth.  He is the Lord and only Mediator between God and man.  He is our Savior and Lord.

3. The Holy Spirit convicts of sin, righteousness and judgment; in believers, the Holy Spirit affects the new birth, it indwells, it fills, it empowers, it bestows gifts, it instructs, it leads and it guides.

4. Salvation is God's grace received through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

5. All men will be resurrected in the body:  either saved into eternal life or lost unto eternal damnation.

6. Believers have spiritual unity in the Lord Jesus Christ.

7. The Bible is the inspired, infallible, authoratative, preserved Word of God.
