Our Advisory Board

Dr. Loyce McCullough, DD, M.Ed., is the senior pastor and co-founder of New Direction Christian Fellowship Church in Stockton, CA. She succeeds her late husband, the late Bishop Dorsey W. McCullough. She currently serves as a Board Member and as an Adjunct Professor at Christian University of Southern Indiana. She is a published author, Christian Educator, former elementary educator, as well as professor. She has worked in the public, private, collegiate, and alternative sectors of education in Wichita Public Schools, Portland Public Schools, and led an alternative school satellite location in the state of Oregon. She is the mother of six children, 20+ grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. She is a lover of God's Word, student of God's Word, teacher of God's Word, and anointed preacher of God's Word. She serves NDTI as the Christian Counseling Certificate Program Instructor.

Lady Dorceia Watkins, D.S.M., Vice-President of Administration, handles many of the day-to-day entities of the school's administrative needs. She currently serves as a Board Member and Assistant Professor at Christian University of Southern Indiana while working on her Master and Doctorate dual-degree in Christian Education. Dr. Watkins attended Morris Brown College in Atlanta, GA majoring in Sociology with a Concentration in Family Counseling. While she did complete the her major studies program there, she eventually received her B.A. in Worship Ministry from Christian Bible Institute & Seminary. Handling many of the behind-the-scene functions, she also serves as the Biblical Studies Certificate Program Instructor.

Dr. Janet Manning, Senior Advisor, is the founder and director of ACCLAIM Youth Foundation, Houston, TX. Dr. Manning also serves as the Director of Community Outreach at New Directions Christian Fellowship Church and The I Am Saved Now Fellowship of Christian Churches and Ministries. She received her Doctorate of Ministry from Christian Bible Institute and Seminary in Houston, TX, a Master's in Business Administration from Texas Southern University, Houston, TX; and an Associates in Christian Counseling from Christian Bible Institute & Seminary, Houston. She presently in a Master's of Education (Learning & Technology) program at Western Governors University and serves as the Life Coach Certificate Program Instructor.
