Anger Management Institute

Our Anger Management Institute program provides an evidence-based approach to training individuals in effective methods of managing anger.  The Anger Management Institute training programs have been approved and endorsed by the National Anger Management Association (NAMA).
Our Anger Management resources  are based on the "What's Good About Anger?" Resources provided by the Anger Management Institute based in Oak Brook, IL.
The premise of the books, DVDs, programs and courses demonstrate that anger, though often destructive, is a normal emotion and energy which can be transformed into productive behaviors achieving healthy personal and relationship goals.  Lynette Hoy, NCC, LCPC, CAMS-IV and Ted Griffin, editor/writer co-authored  all editions of the "What's Good About Anger?" books and workbooks.
