CUSI Behavioral Development program is a personal development training that  uses the Clearing Your Pathway to Effective Communication in Ministry, Business, and Life curriculum authored by CUSI's Board of Regents' President, Andrew Watkins, Sr., Ph.D.  Alongside his various credentials, he is a licensed behaviorist and has been equipped to impart wisdom, particularly in the things of God, concerning one's behavior in all general aspects.
